The grapes for this small batch wine come from a single vineyard in the south of Creek Shores VQA sub-appellation, where rich sedimentary soils bring great depth to the fruit.
The long growing season and extended hang-time of the 2019 vintage provided further complexity, and the result is a structured wine of nuance and balance.
Single Vineyard. Vegan Friendly.
Wild fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 19 months.

This single vineyard cab franc from a site in the southern part of the Creek Shores appellation with a slight slope and sedimentary soils. It was fermented
and aged in French oak. It shows fairly deep coloura nd ripe nose of raspberry with a scent of red rose, fine oak spice and vanillin. It is medium bodied, quite supple and soft, with fine yet firm tannin. This is very well done with a slightly earthy finish
