2020 was an excellent growing season with consistent dry and warm weather from spring to fall. Grapes matured perfectly and natural cropping levels were moderate to low resulting in wines of wonderful concentration.
The grapes for this small batch wine were harvested from two super-premium vineyards in Niagara during the incredible 2020 vintage.
Fermented in micro-cuvées by wild yeast with manual punch-downs, then aged in French oak barrels for 22 months. The hot and dry growing season provided tremendous concentration and complexity, resulting is a well-balanced wine of excellent structure, richness and body.
Single Vineyard. Vegan Friendly.
Wild fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 22 months.

Deeply coloured, and beginning the shift into red-garnet colour, Stonebridge's cabernet sauvignon from the great 2020 Niagara vintage is a broad and complex wine, with ample body and depth on the palate, fullish and succulent, satisfying and substantial. Tannins are abundant but ripe and supple and acids nicely in balance. Excellent length and depth. A superior example, comfortably in the premium price category. Drink 2025-2035. Tasted March 2024.
